Terms of Service

Bezkraen is a platform that allows you to connect marketing, advertising, and analytics accounts to visualize metrics, generate reports, review results, compare periods, define goals, consult benchmarks, and obtain analyses generated by artificial intelligence.

The platform may integrate with third-party services, including, among others:

• Meta Ads.
• Google Ads.
• TikTok Ads.
• Shopify.
• Google Analytics.
• Other advertising, analytics, CRM, or marketing platforms that may be added in the future.

The user declares that they have sufficient authorization to connect the advertising accounts, analytics accounts, properties, business assets, or external platforms that they link to Bezkraen.

The user undertakes not to connect accounts, assets, or data over which they do not have sufficient rights, authorization, or permissions.

To use certain features of Bezkraen, the user may need to create an account.

The user is responsible for:

• Providing truthful and up-to-date information.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials.
• Controlling access to their account.
• Notifying any unauthorized use.
• Ensuring that people in their organization use the platform appropriately.

Bezkraen shall not be liable for losses arising from the unauthorized use of an account when such use occurs due to the user's failure to safeguard their credentials.

Bezkraen allows connecting third-party services through APIs, OAuth, or other authorization mechanisms.

By connecting an external platform, the user authorizes Bezkraen to access the data allowed by such integration to provide reporting, visualization, analysis, and related services.

The use of each external platform may also be subject to the terms and policies of that platform.

Bezkraen does not control external platforms and is not responsible for changes, interruptions, errors, restrictions, limits, reviews, suspensions, or modifications made by such platforms.

Bezkraen will use the data connected by the user solely to provide the service, including:

• Visualization of metrics.
• Generation of dashboards.
• Preparation of reports.
• Comparison of periods.
• Campaign analysis.
• AI-generated recommendations.
• Goal configuration.
• Performance monitoring.

Data processing is also governed by the Bezkraen Privacy Policy.

Bezkraen may include artificial intelligence features to generate analyses, summaries, conclusions, recommendations, benchmarks, or interpretations of data.

The user understands that:

• AI-generated results may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.
• AI-generated analyses are informative in nature.
• Business, advertising, or strategic decisions are the responsibility of the user.
• Bezkraen does not guarantee specific results derived from the use of AI-generated recommendations.

The user undertakes to use Bezkraen in a lawful, responsible manner and in accordance with these terms.

The user must not:

• Use the platform for illegal purposes.
• Access accounts or data without authorization.
• Attempt to breach the platform's security.
• Copy, modify, or distribute Bezkraen components without authorization.
• Use the platform to extract data in an abusive manner.
• Interfere with the operation of the service.
• Use Bezkraen to infringe the rights of third parties.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service without express authorization.
• Circumvent technical limits, security controls, or access restrictions.
• Use data obtained through Bezkraen in contravention of external platform policies.

The user is responsible for:

• The legality of the data they connect.
• The authorization to access advertising or analytics accounts.
• Decisions made based on the reports.
• The review of results and recommendations.
• Compliance with external platform policies.
• Compliance with laws applicable to their activity.

Bezkraen will make reasonable efforts to keep the platform available and functional. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently compatible service with all external platforms.

The service may be affected by:

• Maintenance.
• Updates.
• Technical errors.
• External provider failures.
• Changes to third-party APIs.
• External platform restrictions.
• Connectivity issues.
• Causes outside Bezkraen's reasonable control.

Bezkraen may modify, update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

We may also add or remove integrations, metrics, modules, dashboards, or features based on technical, commercial, or compliance needs.

If Bezkraen offers paid plans, subscriptions, or premium features, the economic conditions will be communicated to the user before contracting.

The user will be responsible for paying applicable charges according to the contracted plan.

Bezkraen may modify prices, plans, or commercial conditions, notifying when appropriate.

Bezkraen, including its name, design, interface, software, code, brand, structure, features, and visual elements, belongs to Bezkraen or its respective holders.

The user does not acquire ownership rights over the platform by using the service.

The user retains the rights that correspond to them over the data they connect or incorporate into Bezkraen.

The user grants Bezkraen a limited authorization to process such data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Bezkraen undertakes to treat user and connected account information with a reasonable standard of confidentiality and security.

The user also undertakes not to disclose confidential information about Bezkraen, including technical details, credentials, internal access, or non-public information about the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bezkraen shall not be liable for:

• Indirect losses.
• Loss of revenue.
• Loss of business opportunities.
• Advertising decisions made by the user.
• Errors in data provided by external platforms.
• Changes to third-party APIs.
• Suspensions or restrictions imposed by external platforms.
• Connectivity or availability failures.
• Unachieved commercial results.
• Misuse of the platform by the user.

Bezkraen provides analysis, visualization, and reporting tools. We do not guarantee specific improvements in campaigns, cost reduction, increased conversions, lead generation, sales, or commercial results.

Bezkraen may suspend or terminate a user's access if it detects:

• Breach of these terms.
• Misuse of the platform.
• Security risks.
• Unauthorized access to data.
• Breach of third-party policies.
• Non-payment, if applicable.
• Conduct that may affect Bezkraen, other users, or integrated platforms.

The user may stop using Bezkraen and request deletion of their account or data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms of Service occasionally. When there are relevant changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where applicable, notify users.

Continued use of Bezkraen after an update implies acceptance of the modified terms.

These terms shall be governed by the laws applicable according to the jurisdiction corresponding to Bezkraen, unless mandatory regulations provide otherwise.
