Last Updated: 12 de junio de 2026
How to request the deletion of your data?
Users may request the deletion of their data associated with Bezkraen by writing to our privacy email. The request must include:
- The email address associated with your Bezkraen account.
- If applicable, the connected account or platform you wish to delete.
- Any additional information that helps us identify your data.
Bezkraen will process the request within a reasonable timeframe, subject to applicable legal, technical, or contractual obligations.
Revocation of access from external platforms
Users may also revoke permissions directly from connected platforms, without needing to contact us:
- Meta (Facebook / Instagram): Settings > Apps and websites > Search for Bezkraen > Remove.
- Google (Google Ads / Google Analytics): Google Account > Security > Third-party apps with account access > Search for Bezkraen > Remove access.
- TikTok: Settings > Security > Authorized apps > Search for Bezkraen > Remove.
- Shopify: Your store admin panel > Settings > Apps and sales channels > Search for Bezkraen Metrics > Uninstall. Upon uninstalling, Bezkraen automatically and immediately deletes the access credentials associated with that store.
When access is revoked from these platforms, Bezkraen loses the ability to update metrics or display recent data from the connected account. However, historical data may remain stored unless you explicitly request its deletion.
What data is deleted?
Upon requesting data deletion, Bezkraen will reasonably delete:
- Data from your user account.
- Stored metrics and reports.
- Settings and preferences.
- Tokens and access credentials for connected platforms.
- Synchronized campaign, ad, and analytics data.
Some data may be retained if there is a legal, contractual, or security obligation requiring it.
