We do not use data obtained from connected platforms to sell personal information, create external advertising profiles, resell data, or use it for purposes unrelated to the provision of the Bezkraen service.

3. Use of data from external platforms

Bezkraen accesses data from external platforms only when the user authorizes such connection.

Each platform may have its own terms, policies, and privacy controls. The use of data from Meta, Google, TikTok, Google Analytics, or other platforms is limited to the purposes necessary to provide the analytics, reporting, visualization, and analysis services within Bezkraen.

Bezkraen does not publish, modify, or share advertising account data without the user's authorization, unless such functionality is explicitly requested by the user and is available within the service.

4. Artificial intelligence and automated analysis

Bezkraen may use artificial intelligence services to generate analyses, summaries, recommendations, conclusions, or interpretations of metrics.

These analyses are generated from advertising or analytical performance data available within the platform. The goal is to help the user better understand their results and make informed decisions.

AI-generated analyses are informative and do not replace the professional judgment of the user, agency, analyst, or marketing manager.

5. Information storage

Bezkraen may securely store account information, configurations, historical metrics, reports, and access tokens while the user's account remains active or as long as necessary to provide the service.

The information may be stored on infrastructure providers, databases, cloud services, or other technology providers used to operate the platform.

6. Information security

We implement reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational security measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

These measures may include:

  • Use of secure connections.
  • Access control.
  • Permission management.
  • Secure token storage.
  • Internal access restriction.
  • Error and activity monitoring.
  • Secure development best practices.

Despite these measures, no system is completely infallible. The user acknowledges that the use of digital services entails certain inherent risks.

7. Information sharing

Bezkraen does not sell users' personal data or advertising data.

We may share information only in the following cases:

  • With technology providers necessary to operate the platform.
  • With infrastructure, hosting, authentication, database, or processing services.
  • With AI services, when necessary to generate analyses requested by the user.
  • With external platforms connected by the user, as applicable.
  • When required by law, competent authority, or legal process.
  • To protect the rights, security, or integrity of Bezkraen, its users, or third parties.
  • With the user's explicit authorization.

8. External providers

Bezkraen may use third-party services to operate the platform, including cloud infrastructure providers, authentication, databases, analytics, data processing, artificial intelligence, and external APIs.

These providers should only access the information necessary to provide their services and are expected to implement adequate security measures.

9. Data retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain internal records, or protect the security of the platform.

In addition to this general policy, we apply specific and automated retention periods for access credentials to connected platforms:

  • If a user uninstalls or disconnects Bezkraen from a connected platform (for example, by uninstalling the app from Shopify), the associated access credentials are automatically and immediately deleted.
  • Access credentials that remain in an error or expired state, and are not reconnected, are automatically deleted after 90 days of inactivity.
  • Incomplete or abandoned connection attempts (for example, if the user closes the authorization window midway through the process) are automatically deleted within the hour following the attempt.

The user may request the deletion of their account or associated data, subject to applicable legal, technical, or contractual obligations.

10. Data deletion and revocation of access

The user may request the deletion of their data by contacting Bezkraen through the email indicated in this policy.

Additionally, the user may revoke the access granted to external platforms from each platform's configuration, for example:

  • Connected apps configuration in Meta.
  • Google account permissions.
  • Authorized apps configuration in TikTok.
  • Access configurations for Google Analytics or other connected platforms.

When access is revoked, Bezkraen may lose the ability to update metrics or display recent data from the connected account.

For more information, visit our Data deletion page.

11. User rights

Depending on the applicable legislation in your country of residence, you may have the right to:

  • Access your data.
  • Request correction of incorrect information.
  • Request data deletion.
  • Request restriction of processing.
  • Object to certain uses.
  • Request data portability.
  • Withdraw consent where applicable.

To exercise these rights, you may contact Bezkraen through the contact email indicated in this policy. We will respond within the timeframes required by the applicable law for your case.

11.1 Legal basis for processing (users in the European Economic Area)

If you reside in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, we process your personal data under the following legal bases of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

  • Performance of a contract: to create your account and provide you with the Bezkraen service.
  • Consent: when you authenticate and connect an external platform (Meta, Google, TikTok, Shopify) via OAuth.
  • Legitimate interest: to maintain platform security, prevent fraud, and improve the service.
  • Legal obligation: when we must retain or disclose information due to regulatory requirements.

In addition to the rights listed above, if you reside in the EEA you have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country of residence if you believe that the processing of your data infringes the GDPR.

  • Know what personal information we collect, use, and share.
  • Request the deletion of your personal information.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Opt out of the sale or “sharing” of your personal information.
  • Not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights.

Bezkraen does not sell or share personal information for third-party advertising purposes, so you do not need to activate an opt-out option for that.

11.3 Other countries

If you reside in a country with its own data protection regulations (for example, LGPD in Brazil, PIPEDA in Canada, among others), Bezkraen is committed to respecting the rights granted by such regulations to the extent that they are applicable to our service. You may contact us for specific inquiries about your jurisdiction.

12. International transfers

Bezkraen may use technology providers located in different countries. By using the platform, you understand that your information may be processed or stored outside your country of residence.

When it is necessary to transfer data of users from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom to countries that do not have an adequacy decision, we apply reasonable safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses or other mechanisms recognized by the applicable regulations, to the extent that the nature and scale of our service require it.

Bezkraen is operated from Chile. By using the platform, you agree that your data may be processed in Chile and in the countries where our technology infrastructure providers are located.

13. Minors

Bezkraen is not directed at minors. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we detect that information has been collected from a minor without proper authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

14. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally to reflect changes to the platform, new integrations, legal requirements, or operational changes.

When we make relevant changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where applicable, notify users.
